This hotel is such a gem! Super handy location, only a five-minute walk to the hot pools and close to main shops. The space we stayed in was quiet and perfect for our family, with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. The attention to detail in the kitchen was impressive—everything we needed was provided. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating!
The compact bathroom could use a bit more space.

Make sure you stay in the studio apartment with on suite bathroom, heaters, for instance. The cost is £ 210. The setting is nice and absolutely perfect, next to the centre of the township and pools, township, and forrest for walk/biking, nice quiet area. Would stay there again, the property exceeded all expectations.

During my recent business trip to Hanmer Springs, I had the pleasure of staying at Forest Peak Motel, which was chosen by my director. Our experience was quite favorable, beginning with the welcoming atmosphere created by our friendly host. The motel's proximity to the thermal pools and spa was a amazing highlight. I enjoyed the array of relaxing rock pools and soothing sulphur pools, each providing the perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. The unit itself offered a separate bedroom, allowing me to unwind away from the TV and enjoy some peaceful moments. Despite its age, the unit felt thoughtfully updated with a reliable heat pump and comfortable modern furnishings. it was a pleasant stay and great value compared to other accommodations in the area.
Unit size was somewhat cramped.

We loved the quiet chalets, and the generous kitchen was a nice bonus. A couple of quirks, like odd parking and outdated decor, didn’t overshadow our overall pleasant experience. Convenient for a peaceful getaway!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Our unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long drive. It was great to find a place that welcomed our dog. The location is ideal, just a short drive or a lovely walk to the shops and hot pools. The hosts were super friendly, making us feel right at home.
The walls are a bit thin; could use more soundproofing.

The staff was caring and excellent when we had questions. the location of the hotel was lovely, in a park-like setting. - Popped into the Old Post Office Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.
